Festival of Karting

Fantastic weather, great venue, great organisation and brilliant value!

The festival of karting was a new event for 2007 and lived up to the hype of more karting than you can handle!

Throughout the day sessions ran for junior karters, ladies, beginners as well as 2-stroke karting for the more experienced racers. That was all on top of usual full day of sprint and enduro racing.

As well as the actual racers, the circuit played host to lots of family members and interested spectators.

On show was a selection of classic cars - both new and old!

Thanks to everyone that turned up and made it a great day! But special thanks to Bob G for taking some great shots throughout the day and especially Allan G who again did a fantastic job of organising the day and ensuring everything went smoothly.

We're all looking forward to the festival next year - it promises to be even bigger and better!
